Wheelable has unique drive wheels, located at the front instead of at the rear, and is therefore one of the only travel commodes in the world that can be used to access inaccessible toilets independently and unaccompanied. The easy maneuvering of this travel commode and the possibility to reverse it back over the toilet seat, even when the toilet bowl is not placed away from the wall, as is customary in accessible toilets, enable the disabled person to manage on his own and without an escort also in toilets that were not adapted to a disabled person in a wheelchair.
